Finnish sauna, emotional shower, Turkish bath, relax area, oxygen therapy are always available during your stay. The wellness center, stretched over 150 square meters, is composed of 3 areas: water vapor, relax and body treatment area with other 2 sections for chromotherapy and refreshment and herbal therapy.
To start, we suggest the relax circuit, in which you can revive your spirit over a 90 minute sequence of Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and Emotional shower followed by chromotherapy and herbal therapy.
Water steam and Sauna – brief treatment in aromatic hot humid and dry steam to disperse body toxins in alternation with ice waterfall which stimulates circulation, relieves inflammation and stimulates immunity functions.
Chromo-Emotional showers (Caribbean or waterfall): – it complete the body toxins, help toning-up the body and stimulating the circulation. With different lukewarm temperatures they help the sensation of strong well-being through sounds, colors and typical aroma. The center offers complimentary single use robe, towel, slippers, and shower cap.
